As some of you may know, last Monday was supposed to be our inaugural screening, but for lack of a better word, JG, the curator of TTT CHICKENED OUT because of some storm clouds. Well, no, that's not fair. He didn't feel like the situation was safe, and so he cancelled TTT's inaugural screening.
State Bird, did not, however, receive the message, and still arrived promptly and ready to play. Feeling foolish about his decision, your trusty curator decided to have a "dry run" and test all the equipment and screen, so an impromptu TTT screening was thrown together, and a lot of bugs were worked out. But don't worry, dear TTT patron, you didn't miss out.
Hayao Miyazaki's masterpiece My Neighbor Totoro will play this Monday, July 30th, after what we know will be an amazing set by State Bird. So come and join us as we really actually have our inaugural screening, Monday, July 30th, 8 p.m.
Oh yeah. Bring a blanket and warm clothes, because even though it's summer, we know for a fact it gets downright chilly on that hill! Hope to see you there .
